My glass fusing journey began in 2013, ignited by a basic fusing course I stumbled upon near my home in West Yorkshire. Ironically, despite my disdain for the pieces I crafted during that initial class, it was the spark of fascination that truly captivated me. This newfound passion transformed my creative path, leading me to explore the mesmerizing world of glass art.
Discovering a New Medium
From that moment on, I immersed myself in the vibrant community of glass artists. Each technique I learned opened up new possibilities and fuelled my creativity. I sought knowledge from various sources, attending workshops, watching tutorials, and connecting with fellow artisans who shared their insights and experiences.
A Journey of Continuous Learning
Years have passed since that fateful class, yet my enthusiasm for glass fusing remains as strong as ever. I dedicate time to refining my skills, experimenting with colours, textures, and innovative techniques. Each piece I create tells a story, reflecting not only my artistic evolution but also the beauty of this captivating medium.
